Things You Should Never Eat.

It really is a shame. Some of the best-tasting foods are actually some of the worst in terms of fat and calories. I mean who doesn’t like fried potatoes? But researchers have found out that “Low-fat” foods are actually your enemy. Yes, you heard that right, some foods which swear to be low fat, actually contain a lot of starch and are unhealthy. So here are 3 things that you should never eat when you’re trying to lose weight.

1) Frozen/Processed Meals:

Hello? Dinner in 5 minutes or less? YES PLEASE.
Frozen and processed foods are really not good for your health, they contain a lot of preservatives which are harmful for your body. Frozen foods contain sodium which retains water in our bodies, which ultimately cause your bodies to bloat. Processed meals especially meat, are unhealthy and according to researchers they may also cause cancer.

2) Artificially Sweetened Drinks:

Say goodbye to Diet Coke, Soda and all those other drinks that you love to drink on a hot summer day! According to researchers artificial sweeteners enhance cravings. So, ladies I guess you should drink more water and stay away from all those diet drinks! Or you could always drink Sparkling Water, it contains zero calories but carbonated, which makes your stomach feel full.

3) Margarine:

Shocked, aren’t we?
Most of us think that margarine is a low fat alternative for butter. But the truth is that margarine contains loads of trans fat, which is very harmful for our bodies.

There are a lot of other foods too, that you should stop eating like microwave popcorn, snack bars, juices, etc, But I’ve focused on the things that we all think are low fat, but they actually are very harmful.
