1) Frozen/Processed Meals:

Frozen and processed foods are really not good for your health, they contain a lot of preservatives which are harmful for your body. Frozen foods contain sodium which retains water in our bodies, which ultimately cause your bodies to bloat. Processed meals especially meat, are unhealthy and according to researchers they may also cause cancer.
2) Artificially Sweetened Drinks:
Say goodbye to Diet Coke, Soda and all those other drinks that you love to drink on a hot summer day! According to researchers artificial sweeteners enhance cravings. So, ladies I guess you should drink more water and stay away from all those diet drinks! Or you could always drink Sparkling Water, it contains zero calories but carbonated, which makes your stomach feel full.
